As we try to find what hours best suit our customers, there may be some seasonal or periodic changes.  

Right now the hours are:

Sunday:   8:00am - 2:00pm

Monday - Wednesday:   8:00am - 3:00pm

Thursday - Saturday:   8:00am - 4:00pm

Yes, we offer oat and almond milks.

Yes our bowls are a great way for you to stave off hunger, and stay in line with your food restrictions.  We also offer sandwiches that satisfy vegetarian diets, and protein shakes (whey, not vegan) that are gluten free.  Check our menu for more options that may also suit your needs.
